Tightlaced waist without corset

December 26th, 2009 redd No comments

Philip — who has been featured on this blog in the past here and here — sent some additional photos of himself both wearing his corset and with the corset removed.

Philip writes:

It’s not often you have pictures of corset-wearers without their corsets [actually, I can't remember any at all] so I thought I’d send these for your interest and for the blog.

After 24 hours of tightlacing to a waist of 24 inches, you can see the marks on my skin left by the bones. Also, the general palour of my skin under the corset due to the constant pressure and immobility, I suppose. It wears off after about 30 mins.

The reduced waist lasts longer – maybe for a couple of hours – until it gradually swells out to its normal 34 inches again.

I believe the corset above is from C& S Constructions.

Interesting email on the C&S Constructions eBay Auction

Interesting email from a reader here on the corset that is up for auction on eBay:

I saw the image on the blog and have to tell you that is a detail from a photo of me dated 2004…I’ve told the seller of the C&S corset that the picture is wrong and he must remove it from the eBay description. I asked him where he got it but he says it came wrapped in the corset, so there’s a mystery how my private picture got into anyone’s hands.

How bizarre that a photo would circulate like that with a corset…
